How To: Submit Written Post

1. Title your post, then paste the content into the submission box.
2. If you would like to attach a document to this post, use the browse button to select a file on your computer
3. Submit

1. Use the browse button to select an image on your computer
2. Title your post, then paste the content into the submission box.
3. Submit

How To: Submit Audio

1. Click allow to enable the online recorder to access your microphone
2. Select Begin Recording to access the submission interface and record your audio
3. Press play to listen to your recording before submitting it. If you wish to re-record, simply select cancel and start again
4. Enter a Title and Description -> then press Save to submit.

How To: Submit Video

1. Click allow to enable the online recorder to access your microphone and webcam
2. Select Begin Recording to access the submission interface and record your video
3. Press play to watch to your recording before submitting it. If you wish to re-record, simply select cancel and start again
4. Enter a Title and Description -> then press Save to submit.

How To: Upload An Audio File

1. Browse for audio file(s) on your computer
   OR
   drag and drop audio files into the dotted box
2. Once selected, the audio file(s) will begin to upload automatically
3. Click on any file in the list to enter a Title and Description

How To: Upload A Video File

1. Browse for video file(s) on your computer
   OR
   drag and drop files into the dotted box
2. Once selected, the video file(s) will begin to upload automatically
3. Click on any file in the list to enter a Title and Description

How To: Submit Audio By Telephone

1. Call the number provided and enter your pin number
2. Follow the prompts to record your audio
3. To save your recording, simply hang up
